Residence, hotel, hospital, or funeral flower deliveries:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday.
Early AM delivery is available for a fee upon request. Please contact us to arrange this.
*During major holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day delivery times are extended to 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Minimum Delivery and Discount Requirements
Purchase subtotal must be $39.99 before tax and delivery fee to qualify for delivery. Discounts can only be applied to orders of $39.99 or more and cannot be combined with multiple offers.
Same Day Delivery
Miami Gardens Florist offers same day flower delivery when placing an order by 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, for delivery within our local delivery zone. For same-day service on Saturday, please order before 1:00 PM.
Floral Delivery Outside South Florida
To arrange a same day flower delivery outside of our local flower delivery zone, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday, within the recipient’s city. This will ensure that Miami Gardens Florist finds the best local florist to fulfill your request. If you have any questions regarding local flower delivery please feel free to contact us. For same-day service on Saturday, orders must be placed by 11:00 AM within the recipient’s city.
Guaranteed Time of Delivery
Due to external circumstances such as traffic, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time, but normally are able to deliver within four hours once an order is placed. When placing your order, please include the specific time frame in the additional comments box and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Funeral Flower Delivery
Making funeral arrangements for a loved can be stressful. When you order from Miami Gardens Florist, we help guide you through the process and guarantee your arrangements will arrive promptly before the service begins. We will do all the work so you can simply be in the moment with your family.
School Flower Delivery
High schools do not accept deliveries for students. If sending flowers to a student, please send them to a residence. Deliveries for teachers should be placed early in the morning in order to be delivered before 2:00 PM.
Weekend Flower Delivery
Miami Gardens Florist offers same day flower delivery on Saturday for orders placed by 1:00 PM our local delivery zone.
Delivery to P.O. Boxes
We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. address.
If No One is Home
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the gift may be left with a neighbor, in a safe place, or a note left on the door directing the recipient to call and schedule a redelivery.
Miami Gardens Florist is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase plus a $10 address correction fee for a redelivery.
Cancelling an Order
Same-day orders are processed immediately and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist-delivered products, we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route or already delivered. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call 305-932-3600.
Recipient may be contacted
In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to verify the address or confirm they are available for delivery.
Request to leave item at door
The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. Due to high temperatures during the summer, we highly discourage requests to leave on a delivery a doorstep, porch, yard, or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. Miami Gardens Florist cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
Recipient refusal of delivery
In the event that the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, the sender may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.
A complimentary message may be added to the order. To leave a personalized message with the gift, simply fill out the Card Message field during the checkout process. No billing or personal information will be included on the card.
Occasionally, substitution of flowers, plants, or containers may occur due to local availability. We take the utmost care to ensure the same style and color scheme of the arrangement is maintained using similar items of equal or greater value. In addition, some hospitals do not allow latex balloons with an arrangement. Mylar balloons may need to be substituted for latex balloons on some orders.
